My bookmarked videos/channels from YouTube have disappeared. Also, the password keypad closes itself after I enter two of the four numbers. So I cant turn off parental controls to even attempt to get my daughters videos back the hard way.

Perhaps for some people the built in searches are sufficient but I like to customize a few for my son. EVERY update these searches are wiped.

This app works ok but I am giving 1 star because every time there is an update it deletes all the bookmarks I have spent time reviewing and adding for my toddler and adds in the programs own weird bookmarks! It often does this several times after I exit out of the program before it finally saves them, only to be erased by the next update again!

What happened with the last update? Things I have blocked come back. My autistic son is repeating things he hears and sees in this app. Kids shows that have been turned into other things with violence, language, and other things no child should see are getting through the blocks. This is no longer a safe option for us and Im ready to delete this and move on. I cant have my kid copying things like beating up people, murder, and cursing when he doesnt understand what he is seeing! I have blocked so much I have lost count and Im doing it at least three times a day. Disappointed is not giving my upset the true justice it deserves!
